Completed a World Health Organization (WHO) Project for the Government of Armenia to assist in the drafting of new Health legislation which will support Health system development. The new legislation has clearly stated objectives & should result in improved performance as their system evolves.
As an International expert, Hon Elinor Caplan was a key member of the WHO Team that has recently completed an evaluation of the National Health Plan of Portugal. The project was commissioned by the High Commissioner for Health. This evaluation will form the foundation for the development of the next phase of the National Health Plan of Portugal.
Led and facilitated a Strategic Planning Project with the Ontario College of Pharmacists. This project included coaching the College Council to assure their alignment and support their goal to become a best practice model for a self governing & self-regulating profession. The new Strategic Plan provides an exciting opportunity to be a leader in creating an ongoing Learning Culture for the profession as they address the emerging challenges in a changing Healthcare environment.
Led and facilitated a Visioning exercise and Strategic Planning Retreat for the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
